摘要:
民宿作为当下非标准住宿的一种类型,以个性化的风格成为当今住宿多样性的代表,吸引了产业界和学术界的广泛关注。本文尝试在梳理现有研究的基础上,聚焦民宿概念的关键词“民”,勾勒出民宿概念的话语、内涵和核心,分别是民之序——位置表述变化、民之形——地方文化表征、民之情——主客情感表现。探析其所形成的民宿概念的3种层次结构,即从外层的表述吸引到中层的文化吸引再到里层的关系吸引。民宿概念开始从话语走向实践,系统性地从住宿“所有”的“人”“物”互动延伸到住宿“所在”的“人”“地”互动再到住宿“所育”的“人”“人”互动。民宿从外在的物化景观转向内在的情感建构,呈现出“物”(民宿)、“人”(旅游者与民宿主人)、“地”(目的地)之间的交互关系。基于这种转向的互动是民宿从一种补充住宿走向类型住宿的根本原因,更是民宿形成可持续发展的核心竞争力的基础。
