摘要:
美食节庆是节事旅游和美食旅游的重要组成部分和表现形式,相较于蓬勃发展的美食节庆产业,学术界对美食节庆的理论研究成果相对零散且未形成体系。鉴于此,本研究基于1997—2023年收录在Web of Science数据库中的美食节庆研究成果,采用文献计量法和内容分析法对该领域的国内外相关研究成果进行系统梳理。研究发现,美食节庆研究可以划分为美食节庆参与者动机与类型、美食节庆参与者满意度、美食节庆的作用和影响3个主题集群,并在不同时间段呈现出不同发展脉络。本文还采用基于框架的系统性述评方法,对美食节庆研究成果进行创新性整合,基于理论-情境-方法框架和前因-决策-结果框架阐释现有成果并勾勒出结构化视图,最后提出未来研究方向。
