摘要:
信息基础设施作为数字经济时代新型基础设施的重要组成部分,对旅游经济发展具有深远影响。本研究借助2006—2019年我国59个重点旅游城市数据,将“宽带中国”试点政策视为准自然实验,运用双重差分法评估信息基础设施对旅游经济发展的直接影响、间接影响与空间影响。研究发现:信息基础设施对旅游经济发展具有提升效应,经稳健性检验后仍成立;中介效应检验发现,信息基础设施通过带动城市创新能力提升与产业结构升级,进而推动旅游经济发展;异质性检验表明,信息基础设施带给旅游经济的提升效应因地理位置、城市地位不同而表现出差异,在东部城市与非省会城市较为凸显;信息基础设施对邻近城市旅游经济发展具有明显的正向空间溢出效应,表现出“以邻为伴”的空间旅游经济效应。本文结论为充分利用信息基础设施推动旅游经济发展提供了重要的政策参考。
